Having issue with mail delivery since 01/01/2022?

This is a confirmed issue related to mail delivery bug as Microsoft exchange server were having issue after the “Microsoft Filtering Management service” was stopped. Service starting that “Cannot convert ‘220101001’ to long.” Error began appearing after the “MS filtering Engine update”

Long Story short, Here is a work around.

use this command to disable MalwareFiltering

Set-MalwareFilteringServer -Identity <mailbox server> -BypassFiltering $true

Restart -service MSexchangeTransport

After Restart service you are good to go.. Mail start delivering
