Find the adapter name
Run Get-NetAdapter in PowerShell (or netsh interface show interface) and use the exact name in the first column, such as Ethernet or Ethernet 2.

Do I need an administrator prompt?
Yes. Right-click Windows Terminal or PowerShell and choose “Run as administrator”, otherwise the commands fail with “access denied”.
